Dr. Sorensen is a San Diego native proud to be serving her hometown community. She attended Rice University in Houston, TX and earned a BA in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology. She completed her dental training at the University of Texas Health at San Antonio; after dental school, she completed a hospital based residency program at the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center in Houston.
After finishing her residency, she moved home to San Diego with her husband and cats. They have since welcomed two beautiful children! Dr. Sorensen loves forming relationships with patients and focusing on whole body health, education, and preventative care. She is committed to excellence and patient comfort.
Dr. Sorensen loves spending time with her family, painting, reading, and working out.
